Larsen - Wulff & Associates, Inc. were appointed as the architects of the new Clubhouse project on July 15, 1985. On November 1, 1986 the new Clubhouse at Riverside was completed and a new era in the Club began leading to a maximum capacity membership and a wait list and by 1988 a vibrant and robust membership of 431 members across all classifications.
